Return Window
Most physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items where hygiene, certification seal, or authenticity packaging has been broken (where applicable).
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
